-- Default preferences for Magic MirrorMicrophone inputThere are two settings for microphone input. The first is whether or not the mouth is bound to the microphone input (0 for no, 1 for yes). The second is the sensitivity, ranging from 0 to 100. Lower sensitivity values open the mouth more often, and higher sensitivity values open the mouth less often. The sensitivity may be adjusted using the microphone console (see below).-- microphone_input 0 microphone_sensitivity 25 --Orientation determines how the magic mirror is displayed on the screen. Options are "portrait" and "landscape". Default is "landscape" which displays the mirror right-side-up on your computer monitor. "Portrait" puts the magic mirror face on its side to make it as large as possible on screen, but this will require that you put your monitor on its side.-- orientation landscape --Audiofile is an optional audio file that can be imported to work with the Magic Mirror. The audio file should be in the same folder as the Magic Mirror application. You will have to put a filename after audio file (audiofile xxxxx.wav or example audiofile hello.wav) If you do not wish to use an audio file, use "none". Note that the file should be in a file format that QuickTime understands (.wav or .mp3). audiofile none --Unattended video mode Sets whether the magic mirror should handle itself in "unattended" mode. This will automatically have it play back the audiofile and the prerecorded sequence. Specify -1 for manual control, or a number of seconds between playbacks.-- unattended 10 --Key mappings The remainder of the options map keys onto key commands. Valid keys are the standard letters on the keyboard, or the keywords "up", "down","left", "right", "return", "command", "alt","control","shift", "space", or "none" (note - lower case).-- -- Record Sequence Starts the audio file sequencer. When this key is pressed, the audio file (defined above) will start playing. Press animation keys to animate the mirror while the audio is playing; it will remember the keys you press so they can be played back statically later. Note that if you start another sequence, it will forget the old one, so it is advised that if you have a sequence done that you want to keep, you map this key sequence back onto "none". When recording, it is wise to hold down the mood change keys for a few extra moments, to make sure the key sequencer can see it.(Note that if you have microphone input on, the sequence's mouth movement will be overridden by the microphone input.)-- key_record_sequence space --Play Sequence Plays a previously-sequenced animation with the current audio file (defined above)-- key_play_sequence return --Holds open the magic mirror's mouth when this key is held down-- key_open_mouth alt --The various keys for the different moods of the Mirror-- key_mood_asleep a key_mood_solemn s key_mood_angry d key_mood_happy f --Looking Around The various keeps to make the Mirror look around-- key_look_up up key_look_down down key_look_left left key_look_right right --"No Costume, No Candy" sign-- key_no_costume_sign n --Adjusting the Microphone sensitivity These keys allow you to adjust the microphone sensitivity on the fly. First, toggle the console with key_show_microphone_console. This displays the current input level (red) and the current sensitivity (green). When the red bar is longer than the green bar, the mirror's mouth opens. Use the sensitivity keys to adjust the threshold.-- key_show_microphone_console i key_reduce_microphone_sensitivity o key_increase_microphone_sensitivity p
